[Lombok] - Gili Kondo (길리 곤도)

Leaving Gili Kapal to Gili Kondo...

But our guide told us that we're going to have lunch at the sea
at the other side of Gili Lampu.

Ayam (Chicken) Taliwang, special local food from
famous restaurant, which the traditional way of cooking handed down
from the chef that previously do the cooking for the King of Lombok.

Just relax and had short nap on this calm water...

  Welcome to Gili Kondo.

 Idyllic Island for secret escape!

Although we saw another boat, but didn't see other visitors there...

Tour guides and boatmen hiding inside the hut.

Free time to explore the whole island...

Perfect spot to admire the beauty of Gili Kondo...
see the calming blue sea and sky, listen to the soft sound of waves and wind.

Or walk to further end for another good view, however there's no shelter.

You have the luxury to enjoy the whole island
up to your heart's content.

We didn't snorkeling because hubby said he's tired and
there's no place to change our cloths. Don't want to catch cold
because wearing wet clothes for few hours on the way back to hotel.

Drying up myself but don't want to become charcoal.

Time to go back~! See you again!

[Lombok] - Gili Kapal (Gili Pasir)

Gili Kapal is also known as Gili Pasir because this whole island is basically nothing enormous plot of white sand (pasir).

Gili Kapal (길리 카팔)

When we reached there, about 90% of the island
already carpeted with clear water.

It's important to check with the boatman to arrange
the right timing, else this island might be disappeared from your sight.

I don't know how many football fields can fit in this island...
Hubby tried to walk to the end, but it's too far away~!

As you can see... I'm standing on the dry area and
the sand area is up to dark blue area.

Our boat anchored at the deeper area,
though it's still quite shallow that you're able to walk.

 Wefie time!

Sand and Sea and Sky and...

Seashells, stones and coral and coconut?!

It's quite windy and nice to stroll here.

 We didn't snorkeling here.

Busy to take photos and videos...

Behind Gili Kapal is Sumbawa Island.

Bye bye peek-a-boo island!

Our tour guide had arranged this private boat to take us to 3 Gili Islands located in East Lombok.

Heading to Gili Bidara.

Preparing HP and snorkeling gears...

Gili Bidara (길리 비다라).

Our boatman and guide just chit-chating and smoking on the boat.

Faster faster jump down!

Snorkeling & feeding fish (video start from 2:40).

Resting before snorkeling again...

Getting darker and darker after 3 days in Lombok.

 I love you!!!
