After 3 buses arrived at Gimyujeong carpark, we walked to the Rail Park...
Entrance to Gimyujeong Rail Park.
Wefie with Sera eonni... Kimchi~!^^
Big novel books from different writers decorating this Rail Park.
You can find novel '동백꽃' (The Camellias) by Korean novelist
Kim Yu-jeong (김유정) because Gimyujeong station was named after him.
Gim Yu Jeong House of Literature which is about 5 minutes walk from the station
has a memorial exhibition hall, walking path, and hiking trail.
4-seaters rail-bikes lining up on this old train track.
Nice and beautifully decorated Railpark Station.
Kim eonni with her pretty trademark smile.
Everyone busy to snap photos and not forgetting
taking group photos outside the cafe with the statue.

2-seater bike KRW25,000 | 4-seater bike KRW 35,000
VIP Tour participants with Sera eonni (KTO), Ms. Hana Lee and Mr. Jeon Han from Ministry of Culture Sports and Tourism and tour guides occupied five of 4-seater rail bikes.
The staff gave some briefing on safety precautions before
we start to pedal for about 40 minutes on the track.
Starting was totally effortless. It's downhill so pedaling is not required,
the bike will automatically sliding down itself!
Wow, It's like riding roller coaster, just that it's a bit slower
and luckily no deadly sharp turns! :P
Enjoying view of gorgeous golden wheat field.
Maintaining some distance with the bike in front of us
before entering dark tunnel.
천천히 주세요 Japanese team~!
Wow... they're just right behind us!
The train carrying the bikes from Ganchon back to Gimyuejeong station.
It stopped there because 2 tracks combined to 1 track. He might need to wait until the other track to clear before he could take over the other track back to the station.
We're at old Geum Yeon Gu Station (금연구역) track
of Mugunghwa train that traveled this route for 70 years.

(check the video below)
Nice scenery of stream flowing to Bukhangang River.
Omo! We're now pedaling at the cliff of the mountain!!!
The distance was so close... only about half a meter flat surface from the barrier.
But you don't need to worry as long as you put on your safety belt
and always keep good distance from the bike in front and behind you.
Just relax and enjoy the beautiful landscape~!^^
Entered the last tunnel with disco lights and trot song
before parking our rail bike at the resting point.
Restrooms in between Gimyujeong and Gangchon Station.
Finally we could rest our legs ;P
Stalls selling foods, drinks and snacks.
Resting time is about 10 minutes, you can enjoy the scenery, buy something to munch or go to the restroom before the train take us to Gangchon station.
I just busy to take photos while resting at the platform sandwiched between Bukhangang River and waterfall.
Suddenly red jacket Ahjussi asked me to snap photo for him.
Actually he looked like an actor, but at that time I couldn't recall his name or drama.
Does he look like Kang Nam Gil (강남길) in drama 'Super Daddy Yeol'?
Love these few photos shot by him.
Mr. Jeon Han busy capturing photos for an article
Time to enjoy what Bukhanggang has to offer...
while sitting on the open top scenic train to bring us to Gangchon station.
We chose to sit on the front carriage as it's open top and no obstruction. But, when I went with my family, it's snowing quite heavy, so we'd to sit inside the carriage with covered top.
Fantastic panoramic view of mountains and river.
Definitely memorable trip for all of us!

Direction: Gimyujeong Station (Gyeongchun Line).
If you have time and want something more adventurous,
you should continue with Go Kart racing or ATV ride along the river.
Kim eonni told us that previously Gangchon was popular site for overnight trips for students and team building or training. And after rail park began its operation, Gangchon once again become a popular day trip attraction because of its natural scenery and various leisure activities for everyone. Perfect for day trip out from Seoul especially it's so convenience to travel by ITX.
Our buses were waiting for us in front of the Gangchon station to bring us to famous Dalkgalbi restaurant for lunch before heading back to Seoul.
