[Lombok] - Gili Pasir

 Gili Pasir.

It's our last stop before heading to airport to catch our flight.

It's a plot of sand island similar to Gili Kapal.

But this one is much smaller than the other Gili Pasir.

But, I prefer this Gili as it's cute with Indonesian flag flying at the middle of it.

It's super windy here...

You can see busy waves playing, chasing and hitting other waves~~~!

Wow! my hubby also being blown by the wind towards my direction.

 Sea urchin?!

First time seeing Sand Dollar. It's like five-petaled flower crafted on the shell.

Sand dollars are also symbols of peace. Legend has it that there are five doves
inside the shells that are free to bring goodwill to the world when the sand dollar is broken.

A lot of  WIERD things found!
New species of Black Pufferfish?

  Mermaid?!!!

 Corals and shells...

Recommended Tour agency - Green Chili.

Hope to come back again!

[Lombok] - Tanjung Ringgit and Cannon Cave

Tanjung Ringgit.

You can get to this hill by motorbike from Pink Beach.

A short bumpy ride, but it's totally worth to reach this unique and beautiful spot.
The charm of natural scenery is so eyes' feasting from this height.

Be captivated by the vast high sea overlooking the sea of Australia.

No!!! You're not supposed to jump from here!

No barrier so do take care of your own safety!

Beware of strong wind too...

Do you know that this site was used by the Japanese as their army quarter during WWII?

Tanjung Ringgit is strategically located, so it's an advantage to monitor
any strike coming from allies, especially Australia.

Therefore, you can find some remains of buildings, underwater cave at Gili Mangkok and equipment of Japan such as heavy artillery cannon to defend from enemy attacks...

Gua Meriam (Cannon Cave).

This heavy cannon is one of the deadly weapons to attack enemies that come near
to the coast as it's facing north to south directly facing the beach.

The storage of ammunition located on the rear right side of the cannon that
make the process of reloading much easier and faster.

Let's spread the love and stop the war!

[Lombok] - Tangsi Pink Beach

Tangsi Beach or better known as the Pink Beach.

It's located in the village Sekaroh, Jerowaru, East Lombok.

This beach is one of seven beaches in the world that has a pink sand beach,
which is one of two beaches in Indonesia that has pink sand.

Because of its uniqueness, it attracted beach lovers to visit this beach in Lombok.

Tranquil calm beach to spend half a day after spending hours of ride from Senggigi.

Mild waves inviting travelers to play, swim, snorkeling or just enjoy sunbath by the beach.

The color pink on the sand grains formed from white color sand
mixed with crushed red coral.

The sand  more obvious under the sunlight and when it's exposed to sea water.

Red Coral and Pink sand (supposedly all pink
but it turned to black. I wonder how I wonder why...).

Do climb up the hill to get the perfect breathtaking scenery of Pink Beach.

What an exotic tropical beach with extensive grasslands on the other side.

Heaven on Earth.

The end of the cliff...

 Hello~ there!!!

 Wish you're here!

Hole on the cliff.

Tangsi Beach II.

But this beach don't have the pink sand...

Ayam Taliwang for lunch...

Let's go to Tanjung Ringgit now!
Yes, you need to rent motorbike as the the road is narrow, rocky
and it's rough terrain for car to go up there.
