If you're an art lovers, you should visit Jaman Mural Village located below the ridge connecting the Omokdae and Imokdae.
Iconic 600-year-old ginkgo tree in this Hanok village.
Ginkgo tree is symbol of Confucianism in Jeonju, and signifying
the importance of Jeonju as its center.
You can find 5 old and huge ginkgo trees at Hyanggyo Confucian School. These trees were planted in Hyanggo as a prayer that the politicians who studied in Hyanggo would not become corrupt when they enter their bureaucratic career.
